Grandparents Day Social

Five volunteers are needed to clean up after our Grandparents Day Social. Details on signing up will be posted when they become available.

Classroom Volunteers (year-round)

Your child’s teacher could use some help! Talk to your teacher to find out his/her needs. You can help in many capacities – assist in planning parties, assist/tutor students, share your special talents and skills!

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (January)

During Catholic Schools Week, show the teachers of St. John the Baptist how much you appreciate them by helping to serve them lunch! Volunteers are needed to help plan for decorations and meal preparation, serving and cleaning up.

Art Show (May)

Assist by serving cookies and milk to St. John the Baptist students and families.

Graduation Reception (May)

This is a very special time for our eighth-graders. St. John the Baptist tradition holds that seventh-grade parents help make the eighth-graders’ last year at St. John the Baptist memorable by volunteering to help with the eighth-grade graduation reception. Volunteers are needed to plan the reception, assist with preparation, and assist in various activities during the reception.

VIRTUS

All volunteers must complete the “Protecting God’s Children” VIRTUS class and complete a background check through the Diocese of Green Bay before you may volunteer with the children of St. John the Baptist. If you have not completed these requirements, contact the office or read the school newsletter or parish bulletin for opportunities, or click on the VIRTUS link for times and locations.
