Service Hours Tracking


Service hours tracking is done through the sign-up forms that are associated with the fundraisers and by the report of the fundraiser chairperson.

Reports and tracking are managed by the Site Advisory Council.

Parents will receive a mid-year letter indicating how many hours are completed at that point in time as well as a reminder of the current volunteer needs. (Usually around the end of January)

If there is a potential mistake in your mid-year letter, please contact and verify your hours with the event chairperson first. If there is an update to be made, those inquiries and updates, as well as any additional questions, can be sent to SJBServiceHours@gracesystem.org.
