Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Please refer to the images below for drop-off and pick-up procedures. Thank you for paying close attention to the flow of traffic so our staff and students can be safe and efficient during arrival and dismissal times.

Door Key

  • Yellow: Guest Entrance
  • Purple: PK, Grades 4-8
  • Blue: Grades K-3
  • Green: Bus

Drop-Off:

Please enter from Cardinal and exit onto Glendale.

  • Doors open at 7:50 AM and close at 8:05 AM. If you arrive late, please enter through Door 1 (YELLOW) and sign your student in at the office. 
  • The GREEN traffic line is a singular, moving line!
    • Do not exit your vehicle to assist your children and be prepared to continue moving forward as traffic allows, stopping as far forward as possible to allow more vehicles behind you. 
    • Your children should exit on the left side of the vehicle when possible.
  • The RED traffic areas are for parking!
    • You may also park in other areas OUTSIDE of the gates; please do not impede moving lines of traffic. Do not park in the white area. 
    • Please park if your child needs assistance getting out of the car or gathering his/her items. Please walk your child to the door to ensure safety around the moving vehicles. 
  • Doors:
    • Preschool and Grades 4-8 enter at the PURPLE door.
    • K-Grade 3 enter at the BLUE door.
    • Before and After Care/Guests enter at the YELLOW door.  

Pick-Up:

Please enter from Cardinal and exit onto Glendale.

  • The gates open at 2:30 PM
  • Dismissal Times: PK 2:45, K-5 2:55, and 6-8 3:00. Please be prompt. 
  • The GREEN traffic lines are two moving lines!
    • Do not exit your vehicle and be prepared to continue moving forward as traffic allows, stopping as far forward as possible to allow for more vehicles behind you. Staff will walk your student(s) to your car. 
    • If your children want to play on the playground while you wait for siblings, you must park in the red areas. If you are in the green lines, all parties must be in your vehicle. 
  • The RED traffic areas are for parking!
    • You may also park in other areas OUTSIDE of the gates; please do not impede moving lines of traffic. Do not park in the white area. 
    • Please meet your child’s teacher by the door and walk with your child to your parked car to ensure safety near the moving lines of traffic.
