The second candle on the Advent wreath represents Peace. It is sometimes called the "Bethlehem Candle," reminding us of Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. It also builds upon the First/Prophecy Candle by reminding us that after the dark and destruction, there might finally be peace on Earth.
