FAQs
Do I need to plan on bidding to attend? Nope! We’d love to shatter attendance records this year! As a team, we truly feel the more, the merrier! The reason this event is so special is because of our community! A community that grows stronger when we share time! Even if you do not wish to participate in the live or silent auctions, please come and enjoy the evening with friends (and meet some new ones!) There is plenty of food and conversation to be shared!
What should I wear? Come on down with your Price is Right themed apparel/name tages OR come dressed in your favorite casual jeans. Whether you love to dress up in theme or prefer something a bit more laid-back, you’ll fit right in!
What happens at the auction? The evening begins at 5:30 PM. You can browse hundreds of items in the silent auction, purchase raffle tickets, play games for mystery grab bags, or simply enjoy great conversation. Don’t miss the Big Cash Raffle, which will be drawn at 9:00 PM (you don’t need to be present to win). Guests eat, drink, laugh, and mingle!
Should I eat before arriving? Admission includes a heavy appetizer buffet, but feel free to grab a bite beforehand if you’d like! A cash bar is available.
What does it cost to attend, and how do I register? $35 per person if registered by 3/29/25 ($45 after). Tickets can be purchased on our website.
Can I or my business be a sponsor? Yes! Visit SJBAuction26.givesmart.com for details on our various sponsorship tiers, which open at $250. (Note: Free admission is given to several sponsor levels!)
Can people bid on items if they can’t attend? Yes. We’d love to see you in person, but if you or someone you know just can’t make it, you are able to register to bid online by using the button “Not Attending? Register to Participate” Raffle tickets, mystery grab bags, and live auction items can only be purchased in person, but all silent auction items can be bid on remotely! Register Here!
Where does the money go? 100% of the proceeds go towards our annual fundraising goal. Meeting our goal each year ensures low tuition and supports our teachers, classroom needs, student experience, and more!

The Baskets are Coming!
We are still seeking donations to craft into beautiful baskets but here are some works in progress! Baskets will begin to line the hallways of the school so you can continue to preview when you visit!
Here are suggestions on what/ways to donate:
- Look around your home! Returns that weren’t made in time? Gifts that you received that aren’t needed and can be re-gifted (donated)? Extra candles or other basket fillers piling up? We will take any new items you are willing to part with! Anything and everything can be made into a basket by our skilled team of arrangers!
- Visit our Amazon wish list and select an item(s) from there.
- Cash – cash is always helpful for a random array of auction event needs. (can be dropped off in the office or donated on the Auction website!)
