Principal Spotlight

Join us in thanking Principal Vance for her commitment to Catholic Education!

Let’s learn a little bit abouther:

Q: Ms. Vance, why do you choose to work for GRACE/St. John the Baptist School?

A: I believe in the mission of GRACE! I enjoy helping our students to become who God made them to be and I am thankful for the opportunity to support the education of the whole child! It is truly a blessing! That’s the beauty of Catholic schools, we are allowed and encouraged to care about all of the pieces, not just the academic ones.

Q: What are some fun facts about you?

A: I didn’t learn to swim until I was in my 40s! And, even though I am from Chicago and lived down the block from Wrigley Field, I have never gone to a Cubs game! (Or a Bears game!)

By partnering with parents, we aim to individualize student learning in a structured environment where students grow and succeed.
